1. Remove your original slide sole from the bottom of your shoe. (It is best when removing your VELCRO® slide sole to always pull from the shank area toward the toe rather than pulling from the toe).
   2. Place your existing sole directly on top of the new, over-sized one, with VELCRO® facing down and center it as best you can. Then, simply trace with a sharp pencil or fine point pen.
   3. Now cut along your outline with a sharp pair of scissors. Replace the new sole onto the bottom of your shoe and apply your full body weight to properly adhere the VELCRO® fastener system before bowling.

You should never wear your shoes with the VELCRO® fasteners exposed as this will contaminate them.
